When we thought about creating our Dynemo™ Bars, we certainly considered a Low-Carb, Low-Fat and High Protein formulation (Who wouldn’t?). Well, the truth is that Dynemo™ is neither Low fat, Low-Carb nor inflated with synthetic Protein. Instead, Dynemo’s special formulation provides a long lasting boost of energy by delivering the Right-Carbs, the Right Fats and just the right amount of Protein your body needs.

Dynemo bars contain no refined sugars, are Uncooked, Unprocessed, Non-GMO, Preservative-Free, Grain-Free, Gluten-Free, Lactose-Free, Soy-Free, Corn-Free, and Kosher.

Take a moment to read the ingredient list of some of the most popular brands of protein and energy bars. Notice that High Fructose Corn Syrup, Rice Syrup, Maltodextrin and the like – all of which are highly processed and refined sugars, are always first on the list. These are the true culprits to the onset of obesity, diabetes gastrointestinal disease and even cancer attributed unjustly to the consumption of all carbs. Unhealthful carbs break down faster by the digestive system, causing a sudden spike in blood sugar levels. Your blood sugar then decreases dramatically, leaving you hungry again (also affecting insulin metabolism).

The Right Carbs are carbs that fuel the cells of the body and are essential to our well being. Carbs are sugars, and among the most healthy are the carbs found in high-fiber, non-starchy fruits and vegetables. Dynemo’s carbs come directly from wholesome fruit, nuts and low-GI Agave nectar, to deliver sustained energy that lasts. Each bar contains only 10% of the recommended daily intake of carbs, making it a truly low carb snack.

The Right Fats are essential for energy production, proper brain function, cardiovascular health, proper digestion and weight management. Certain fats, defined as 'essential' because the body cannot make them, must be provided through food or supplements. Our bars are abundant in naturally occurring omega-3 essential fatty acids (EFA’s) for prolonged endurance, increased stamina, elevated mood, faster recuperation from fatigue and injury, better digestion and improved hormone functions. The bars also contain naturally occurring phytosterols and sterolins to reduce bad cholesterol and maintain optimal immune function.

Protein is the basic building material of the body. An adequate supply of high quality healthy protein is needed for strength, endurance, muscle repair, and immune system integrity. Dynemo nutritional bars utilize almond protein, which unlike soy and grain proteins, is an easy to digest whole food protein.

No Soy, whereas not so long ago, soy was an Asian food primarily used as a condiment, now a variety of processed soy products flood the market. While traditional fermented soy foods such as miso and tempeh are definitely healthful, the hyper-processed soy "foods" that are most consumed, are not. Non-fermented soybeans and foods made with them are high in phytic acid, an anti-nutrient that binds to minerals in the digestive tract and carries them out of the body, leading to mineral deficiencies. Processed soy foods are also rich in trypsin inhibitors, which hinder protein digestion, and contain no vitamins A or D, required by the body to assimilate and utilize the beans' proteins. Soy beans used in commercial products are often genetically modified.

No Grains, which are starchy foods that naturally contain enzyme inhibitors that must be neutralized by sprouting (commercially by chemical wash), before the human body can digest them properly. They do not digest well when consumed with protein foods, resulting in irritation of the gastrointestinal system. Wheat and most grains contain a unique protein called gluten that irritates the intestines, acting as an allergen. Intolerance to gluten can cause gas, bloating, constipation, diarrhea, stomach cramps, poor digestion and hyperactivity in many individuals.

Organic Nuts - nuts contain a number of compounds that may help prevent heart disease and cancer. Nuts are high in heart healthy fats, helping to prevent clogged arteries. Nuts also contain generous amounts of heart healthy copper and magnesium, and contain powerful antioxidants, helping to detoxify potential cancer causing substances. Nuts are a good source of fiber, protein, vitamins and minerals.

High Fiber Diets can Help You "Fight Off Extra Weight" by Slowing Sugar Absorption, smoothing out blood sugar levels, reducing hunger, decreasing digestive problems and enhancing energy flow.

Almonds - Almonds are the most nutritious of all nuts. They are a complex, natural package of plant-based protein consisting of 18 of the 20 amino acids needed for healthy growth. Almonds are an excellent source of Calcium, vitamin E, zinc, selenium, copper, potassium, phosphorus, biotin, riboflavin, niacin, iron, monounsaturated fats and fiber. Studies have shown links between nut (especially almond) consumption and lower risk of cancer, diabetes, heart disease, Alzheimer’s disease and other chronic illnesses.

Dried Fruits - Dried fruits contain Boron, contributing to healthy bones and also helping to prevent osteoporosis by facilitating metabolism of calcium, vitamin D, phosphorus and magnesium.

Bananas - Bananas are an excellent source of potassium, and make excellent energy snacks, particularly for post vigorous workout. Bananas help replace the vitamins and minerals that get used up during strenuous physical activity, and enable you to keep going all day.

Organic Dates - Dates contain a substantial amount of vitamins A, B1, B2 and niacin, and are a good source of potassium, calcium, iron, copper, magnesium, sulphur phosphorus and tannins. Dates belong to the invert sugar type fruits, i.e. at the stage at which they are consumed, most if not all sucrose has been inverted into glucose and fructose by the enzyme invertase. Dried dates which contain digestive enzymes are beneficial in various abdominal disorders and also stimulate the digestive system.

Organic Flax Seed - flax is the worlds richest plant source of Omega 3 fatty acids which help reduce inflammation. Lignans, a type of phytoestrogen found in flax seed, may protect against cancer, particularly hormone sensitive cancers such as those of the breast and prostate. Several studies confirm that flaxseed can be a cholesterol lowering agent.
